Founded in 2003, Ascentech Corporation grew out from initiating and participating in an international
acquisition bid of a German subsidiary from its bankrupted U.S. parent company by a major Chinese
machine tool manufacturer.

Since then, Ascentech participated in more international acquisitions involving small to medium sized
companies in U.S. and Europe by companies from mainland China and Taiwan.

Nowadays, Ascentech provides additional services in promotion of advanced industrial technologies,
strategic planning and management of international business development, and investment advising
and general consulting.
